Is the litter box safe for my cat?

Seven independent mechanisms govern every cycle. Four groups of infrared beams cross the entrance and a live body sensor sits above the opening, so the drum will not turn while your cat is inside or approaching. Four weight sensors hold the cycle while any load is detected, a torque limited drive stops the moment it meets resistance, and a power on self test checks every sensor before the first cycle of the day.

What size cats does it work for?

Cats from 2.2 to 22 lbs. The drum holds 76 litres and comfortably serves up to two cats in one household. If your cat is heavier than 22 lbs, tell us before you order and we will say so honestly rather than sell you something that does not fit.

How often do I need to empty it?

For a single cat, roughly once a week. For two cats, every three to four days. The app tracks usage and tells you before the waste drawer is full, so you are not guessing.

Is the medicine safe if my cat licks it?

Every apothecary formulation is developed for animals that groom themselves, and is produced in our own GMP pharmaceutical laboratory to ISO22716 and FDA standards. Full ingredient lists are published on each product page. If your cat has a diagnosed skin condition, speak to your veterinarian first. These are care products, not medical treatments.

Where is Crown & Collar manufactured?

Our hardware is built in an accredited factory holding SEDEX 4P, BSCI and ISO9001. Our formulations are made in our own laboratory, built to 100,000 class GMP pharmaceutical standard and certified to ISO22716 and FDA. Both are in China, and we would rather tell you exactly where and to what standard than leave you to guess.

What is the warranty and trial policy?

Two year warranty on all hardware, covering parts and labour, with replacement components sold individually so a single failure never means a new machine. Thirty day home trial: if your cat will not use it, send it back.
